Using our exhaustive tenant vetting process, we will find someone who is looking for a property just like yours. This process ensures higher tenant retention and results in better return on investment.

We Take on Complete Care of Your Property

Mountain Park is connected to a network of on-call contractors. We will collaborate with these contractors to ensure any preventative maintenance or repairs will be dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Our 24 hour call centre ensures emergency repairs and maintenance are attended to immediately.

Your Rent Will Appear in Your Account Monthly

We will automatically deduct our monthly fee from your tenant’s rent payment. The remainder will be deposited into your account between the 12th and 15th day of the month.
